Rogue's Review:

Good clean lame fun

Dana Carvey is talented, that's a given. But he cannot seem to get a really decent cinematic vehicle to display this talent - he had his best chance in "The Road to Wellville", where he got to create an actual 3-dimensional character. In "Master of Disguise" he plays the ridiculously-named Pistachio Disguisey (the name alone should give you some idea of how lame this film is). He talks with a silly yet endearing Italian accent, and he puts on lots of disguises in his quest to save his parents, who have been kidnapped by a bad and rotten evil-doer who wants his father to use his disguise mastery to do bad and rotten evil things, blah blah blah. What else do you need to know? Sneak in a flask, get some popcorn and make the best of it. It's still Dana Carvey in that turtle suit, after all.
