Will you like this movie? That Depp-ends

I haven't read the King story that this is based on, but I'm a writer , so I wasn't surprised at all by the ending - in fact, I had pretty much figured it out from the previews - but the film was still fun to watch, especially if you like Depp, who is in virtually every scene.

It's tacky, of course, like most King film adaptations, and it's creepy, of course, as only a King film adaptation can be. I gave it a five (the equivalent of **1/2) because it wasn't really solid (which would be a six - the equivalent of ***), but if you're in the mood for Depp-ravity, this would be the perfect movie for you, if only just to find out if you can see the so-called surprise ending coming a mile away.
