Rogue's Review:

The Ultimate Mac Attack

In the wrong hands, this could have been a snorer of epic proportions, but "Super Size Me" never lags or becomes tedious, thanks to Spurlock's superb pacing and his perfect balance of seriousness and humor throughout.

I think everyone knows how stupid it would be to exist solely on food from Mickey D's, but some of the stuff he uncovered in his loopy experiment was very scary. The two scariest parts for me were -=- POSSIBLE SPOILERS-=-(1) finding out how many McDonald's there are in my hometown of New York City -- I always thought there were too many before I left to move out west, and since then apparently the Golden Arches have virtually taken over, and (2) how long it took him to undo the damage he had done to his body within JUST 30 DAYS. Big Mac eaters everywhere, take heed.
