Rogue's Review:Dominik Moll is an extremely dangerous man
If you've seen Moll's previous film (With a Friend Like Harry - US title) and thought, as I did, that it was sufficiently bent to warrant a thumbs up, you will most likely feel the same way about Lemming.
This is a guy who doesn't limit himself by any of the usual constraints associated with film-making. He has no problem mixing genres, combining comedy elements with serious ones in the same scene, switching moods at the drop of a hat, even switching characters into other characters (yes, there is spirit possession involved here), and he does it all with the assuredness of a potential master. Undoubtedly, this film occasionally goes over the top, especially with the sound effects, but it commands your attention relentlessly and it's most definitely not short on mood for one second.
